I work closely with my clients to address complex matters, including technical accounting and SEC reporting issues, Sarbanes Oxley section 404 internal controls considerations, and business impacts of acquisitions and divestitures. On my client engagements, I am responsible for developing and reviewing audit programs by analyzing the risk of the engagement, supervising and coaching staff, reviewing audit documentation, and performing project management activities, including monitoring and reporting on engagement progress and economics. I provide valuable guidance assessing design effectiveness and recommendations on internal controls, reviewing financial statement and disclosure presentation, researching and collaborating with clients on technical accounting and financial reporting issues, and presenting to audit committees and senior management members.
