Eric Letz received his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University. After completing his studies, he went on to assist in the operations of his family's business, Willbanks Metals Inc., from 2004 through 2012 in many executive positions, concluding as CEO and President in the latter years. After successfully leading the company through a period of major growth and a corporate restructuring of shareholders, directors, and officers, he proudly instated his brother as CEO and President at the end of 2012. After this transition, he took on the role as Chairman of the Board and co-owner for Willbanks Metals Inc. He presently owns and serves on the boards of directors for a consortium of corporations involved in metals distribution and processing, real estate, commodity trading, and a capital management fund. While he serves as an advisor for the leaders of the aforementioned entities, Eric spends much of his time counseling with potential entrepreneurs on new business ventures, encouraging business leaders in the workplace, and working with artists in music production and other mediums. He resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area of Texas with his beautiful wife, Erin, and two wonderful sons.
