One of our most exciting initiatives to date was implementing regional sales professionals and then executing a customer relations management system to support internal communication objectives along with better supporting the teams, customers, and eventually consumers. Before joining Avanti, I worked for Nordstrom and was lucky enough to work with amazing managers and co-workers. I learned a lot about being a leader that thrives on the success of her individual team members and I carried this knowledge into my current career at Avanti. I'm truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other industry professionals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of any sales or marketing project/interaction is working with people or business leaders to understand his or her objectives, and determine how I can be the best supporter in utilizing our products/services to grow their business and truly make them successful.
