Founder and CEO @ Elizabeth Carpenter is the founder and co-owner of TOP Consulting in Columbus, Ohio where she oversees all areas of the firms consulting practice. At Nationwide Children’s Hospital Elizabeth served as the program director for the Epic Electronic Medical Record implementation at the main hospital. She then was the project manager for the Roadmap and Phase 1 Enterprise Data Warehouse projects. In the Enterprise Data Warehouse Project Elizabeth directed six project teams involved in the scope, planning, build, testing and implementation phases of the project. She worked closely with the Epic Revenue Cycle Project to closely align these strategic initiatives. Elizabeth was responsible for developing and maintaining the project plan and managing all major deadlines for the implementation. Elizabeth has over 18 years of IT experience including the roles of Business Systems Analyst, Technical Developer, Project Manager and Program Director. She has successfully performed these various consulting functions, and Elizabeth has 5 years experience in healthcare, 5 years in retail, 5 years in insurance and 3 years experience in the utility industry. Elizabeth is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio with a dual B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting. She is an active member of HIMSS, HDWA and the Oracle Regional User Groups.
