Executive Manager @ Starting in 2004, I created two innovative SaaS Internet businesses. Both focus on emerging business opportunities that add value to existing businesses.
PayClix (www.payclix.com) uses patent pending technology to enable ANY business to send and receive online payments. PayClix can be easily customized to meet virtually any payment processing requirements.
Originally developed to enable tenants to pay their rent online, PayClix is now used in dozens of vertical markets such as insurance companies, utility districts, debt collection, professional services fee billing to name only a few.
Our second major product was a fully integrated Accounts Receivable / Cash Receipts solution that enables customers to view and pay their invoices online with the payments automatically updating their accounts balances. PayClix is available in 3 flavors: QuickBooks, Peachtree and a generic connection to ANY accounting package (www.payclix.biz/tour)
A recent solution is a comprehensive Accounts Payable module that can integrate with virtually ANY accounting software. Bills to be paid can be selected on an individual basis and partial payments are also allowed. Payments typically, are made overnight directly to the supplier's bank account and cost about the same as a postage stamp.
PayClix now fully supports mobile payments for all its payment solutions. In addition, we have launched several integrated solutions for mobile transaction entry and centralized billings. See www.payclix.biz/mobiform/view.php?id=9863 for an example of an integrated fuel oil delivery solution.
Fiestar is a reservation booking engine that can be embedded in any vacation rental property website.
I am responsible for over-seeing the company's overall business activities which included intensive participation in product visioning and software product development, marketing, financial planning, accounting and overall administrative functions. From February 2004 to Present (11 years 11 months) Executive Manager @ Using a bundle of tools and techniques we pioneered called 'Transactional Logistics', our company provides comprehensive software solutions to all businesses involved in the distribution of goods.
Our mission is "to reduce the time and space in business transactions".
Our current software solutions are:
Mobius Trip - a comprehensive routing optimization package guaranteed to reduce time and distances for normal product deliveries.
Mobius PoD - an innovative proof-of-delivery system that is fully integrated on the front-end with ANY ERP system and with ANY accounting system on the back-end. Our goal is to deliver an accurate and complete invoice to a customer within minutes of a product delivery being completed.
Mobius Trac - a low-cost, comprehensive vehicle tracking and reporting system for any business with a fleet of delivery or service vehicles. We offer a free solution for very small businesses.

Accomplishments:
Created and successfully deployed a proprietary and highly innovative consulting methodology for analyzing business operations in mid-size organizations that digitally integrates corporate KPIs with the underlying subjective and objective data From September 2007 to July 2012 (4 years 11 months) Executive Manager @ Since 1995, I have been actively involved in the purchase, development and sale of over thirty apartment communities in the Portland, Phoenix, Tucson metro areas for groups of real estate investors. Project types have varied and have ranged from full land development situations to the turnaround and monetization of existing 'distressed' properties. Our investment properties have consistently achieved superior operating cash flows and substantial capital gains upon sale.
Activities have included, negotiating the purchase and sale of land and buildings, site development planning, hiring and supervising professional consultants, negotiations with city and county governments, and hiring and supervising construction contractors and third-party property managers. Other related activities included promotion of projects to potential investors, preparation of partnership tax returns, development of operating budgets and projections, and regular meetings with investors.
With the current instability in the real estate investment markets, we are currently in a long term hold pattern.
