I started my career as a trust officer at a major trust institution. I have been in practice since 1976. I was with my last firm for 22 years. I served as CEO/Managing Shareholder for 20 of those years. As of October 1, 2012 I have joined the firm of Hellmuth & Johnson in Edina, Mn. My practice includes wealth preservation, asset protection and distribution planning, probate and trust administration, business succession, general business and corporate planning and representation and fiduciary matters, representing personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries. I represent business owners assisting them in their planning for the reorganization or exit from their businesses or bankruptcy as necessary.
