Main duties : • Investigate main issues and research and propose solutions which are related to Branch’s organization • Propose and assign tasks and targets for Branch’ staffs; • Participate in making decision related to HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Administration, Technical. IT, BO and other relating to every function within Ha Noi Branch as Vietnamese law as well as Company regulation. • Managing & controlling SGVF compliance with regulator • Propose assignment and dismissal for staffs in Branch; • Keeping relationship with external Partners • Assist to CEO in term of dealing & keeping good relationship with SBV, DPI , Ha noi tax office … and external relating to all financial activities • Building up process & procedure for internal departments and external supplier • Study and build up procedure to prevent internal & potential operation risk • Managing the collection tools including soft collection & hard collection activities of external collection partner • Research market and submit business strategy effectively in local financial market. • Establish specific re payment channel nationwide • Coordinate with HQ in implementing business program, project and Business strategy • Propose method in preserving capital and preventing risks. • Make weekly and yearly report to CEO
