Basically an agricultural graduate with doctorate in Agronomy with 24 years of professional experience in research both in the University and industries, Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., E.I.D.-Parry (India) Ltd. and Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals Ltd. Specialised in plant nutrition, organic agriculture, drip irrigation and crop solutions. Worked on soil fertility mapping, new product development, hybridization, biocontrol programs in addition to micro propagation technology. Experienced in handling more than 20 agricultural field crops with intensive agricultural extension activities. Hold various positions and started the career from Technical Assistant, Research Associate, Scientist, Agronomist, Head of extension, Head of Research and presently as head of agronomy program for pan India.

I am responsible for development of technologies for sugarcane farming in the command area situated in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. From May 2010 to October 2014 (4 years 6 months) Head of Extension @ Responsible for sugarcane yield improvement in E.I.D. Parry area by transfer of technologies. Developed entrepreurs for input supply and agricultural farmin services. From August 2009 to May 2010 (10 months) Agronomist/ Group Leader @ Worked as Agronomist and become Group Leader (Agronomy). Job role is develop technology for higher sugarcane, sugar beet and sweet sorghum yield and improve soil fertility. Developed training prorgram and acts as resource person for training and presentations. Developed strong and committed team for sugarcane production for 4000 TCD sugar mill. From July 2001 to July 2009 (8 years 1 month) Scientist @ Worked as Scientist; role and responsibility is to develop agro products, evaluate their efficacy on field crops. Developed package of practices for grain and vegetable crops. Evaluated speciality fertilizers on commercial and vegetables. From April 1995 to June 2001 (6 years 3 months) Research Associate @ Worked in the Government of India projects sponsored by Ministry of Non Conventional Energy Sources and Ministry Coal. Area worked was biogas production from sugarcane pressmud, seed coating technique and relamation opencast minespoils of Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Neyveli (Tamil Nadu).
