Continue to focus on “out of the box” initiatives that drive productivity and increase revenue to Cisco’s bottom line. Team was the recipient of the 2002 AFSMI Service Innovation Technology Award, a “Qualifier” for the 2002 Wharton Infosys Business Transformation Award, the Worldwide Business. Formed a “service planning” leadership forum coined the High Tech Consortium consisting of Cisco, HPQ and IBM to strategize service parts planning for the future in 2000.
