Contract Technical Writer @ As the sole document writer for a number of projects in the Finance, Travel and Training team at DFAT I am reviewing, developing and maintaining user guides for Oracle (PeopleSoft) and SAP systems. I exceed the department's requirements by engaging with key stakeholders to develop the content for the user guides, assist with user acceptance testing and training before taking on a business as usual role in maintaining the content of all the guides and SharePoint sites I manage.

I have also written a number of how-to guides for users to be able to use the site as well as how to write articles for the site. I was also asked to review and in some cases rewrite 30 other articles for other areas within the Department to bring them up to the department standard. These were unrelated to the project I was contracted for.
