Dennis Groseclose is President and CEO of predictive analytics technology and services leader, TransVoyant. Since co-founding TransVoyant, Dennis has successfully helped drive growth and innovation in both enterprise and government operations. His experience includes a variety of data and analytics-driven programs, including the creation of the TransVoyant CDI Platform, a live and predictive worldwide control tower for decision makers.
Dennis began his career in the United States Air Force as the Chief of Construction and has since led a variety public and private sector successes including:
• Directing the Space & Missile Systems Center’s acquisition restructure and management of the $37 billion unmanned space launch vehicle program as the Deputy Director of Launch Programs Systems
• Driving global design, development, delivery and integration of IBM’s logistics technology, supply chain optimization and Internet-based demand/supply collaboration solutions.
• Building winning operational teams at Lockheed Martin, C-Bridge Corporation, and McLane Technologies where he led the development and deployment of supply chain management, risk, targeting, analytics and intelligence solutions.

Portfolio focused on predictive decision-making, prescriptive analytics, global risk-based intelligence, and influencing human and system behavior. Portfolio companies include TransVoyant, PD Systems, C-bridge, LTN, ObjectFX, and Weather Analytics. Helps customers and portfolio companies solve global, defense, security, and supply chain challenges. Extensive experience and expertise designing, building and operating technologies to assist customers assessing and managing global risk while making critical decisions in real-time environments. From March 2011 to Present (4 years 10 months) Vice President @ In 2002, became Lockheed Martin’s Deputy Vice President of Homeland Security, leading development and deployment of risk, targeting, analytics and intelligence solutions for U.S. Homeland Security immediately following the 9/11 attacks. Developed and delivered the first ever solution designated and certified under the SAFETY Act allowing the public and private sector to collaborate on live data to protect our country from terrorist attacks. A sample of the national security programs led include: CAPPS II, Secure Flight, Customs National Targeting Center, Surface Transportation Credentialing and Crew Vetting. A handful of these programs grew into the current DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis.
Later became the Vice President of Business Development and Advanced Programs for Lockheed’s simulation, logistics and supply-chain business. Delivered rapid global growth and leadership for a $1 billion+ business to include delivery of multiple successful acquisitions in this role. From April 2002 to June 2009 (7 years 3 months) Vice President Operations @ Served as VP of Operations for C-Bridge Corporation, a company specializing in supply chain, financial services and risk management technology solutions. Part of the executive team that guided the company from start-up to a successful initial public offering. From 1999 to 2002 (3 years) Director of Supply Chain Optimization @ Joined IBM as Program Director for Worldwide Supply Chain Optimization. Drove the global design, development, delivery and integration of IBM’s logistics technology, supply chain optimization and Internet-based demand/supply collaboration solutions. From 1996 to 1999 (3 years) Contracting Officer / Program Manager @ Began career in the United States Air Force as the Chief of Construction at Barksdale AFB. Later served as Deputy Director of Launch Programs Systems Contracts at the Space & Missile Systems Center and led the Center’s acquisition restructure and management of the $37 billion unmanned space launch vehicle program.
