I started my company as a small temporary agency focusing primarily on law libraries and legal research in response to demand and need from clients in 1986. The company took almost ten years to find a solid base from which to grow, and then our phenomenal growth began with a large law firm outsourcing contract in 1998. We haven't looked back since. The corporate team is comprised of individuals who are passionate about their work, and who feel as personally committed to the growth of LAC as I do.
In recent years we have evolved and diversified and include the management of information assets, in many forms particularly digital assets is a significant growth areas.
In December 2011, LAC Group completed a merger with Chase Cost Management (CCM). CCM, specializing in expense and cost management in the areas of electronic & legal research tools and content, facilities, office supplies, records and shipping expenses. During our first year of joint operations, LAC Group has successfully integrated and continues to expand upon the areas of expertise that CCM offers in expense management and cost reduction, particularly for good and services that affect information management; acquiring, licensing and managing digital content and resources.
