As a support engineer I focused on rapidly learning Cantaloupe’s proprietary product to better support the customers that had stumped our customer support team. I worked to get fast and useful answers and solutions to our most difficult customer issues. I installed various cantaloupe software products for our customers, as well as troubleshooting issues with the installed software. I created and prioritized issues and discussed them weekly with triage and our development team.
