A driven entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in the software development field, David Semerad divides his time between Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Prague. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in information technology from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He also studied at Technische Universitat Munchen in Germany and Universidad de Malaga in Spain and is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council. David grew his mobile and digital app development company, STRV, from a small startup in 2004 to a thriving company with more than 100 employees servicing four offices on two continents. Serving top startups as well as Fortune 500 brands, STRV is a preferred partner for tech seed finance giant Y Combinator and has managed projects with a total user base of more than 50 million. Responsible for the development of several high-profile apps that have been acquired by publicly traded companies, David’s work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Wired and TechCrunch.
