* Design - Always present meaningful choices for gamers.
* Product - Prioritize engagement / retention over revenue. Fun is the most important KPI.
* QA - Quality is inversely related to risk.
At the end of the day, I'm a straight-forward producer and product manager who loves to play and make games. I strive to help others achieve their potential and make fun stuff.
