I am a chartered accountant trained in London. Since qualifying 20 years ago I have worked in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace and defence, precious metals, software and financial services including as CFO of two BAFIN regulated banks. I am currently CFO of Xchanging plc, responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and management, commercial, investor relations, tax and treasury for this global technology support services company with 7,000 employees and over £400m revenue. During my career I have negotiated several commercial relationships with a deal value over $1bn including complex Joint Ventures. I have managed business transformations covering both the back and front office. I have international experience with secondments and postings in USA, Singapore and Germany and I have managed an IFRS implementation for a company as a part of pre IPO preparation. I have managed SAP and Oracle accounting software implementations.
