My role was heavily based on a number of key accounts and RPO's that I would act as a business partner to, working closely with the in house recruiters and visiting the few select clients that I had on a weekly basis.
During my career I have been local account manager for Siemens (one of Hays biggest contracts), Fidessa, Cargill / Carval, Samsung and Alliance Boots.
This involved being the sole point of contact for all finance recruitment in the company, delegation of vacancies and attending supplier meetings.
Account Management / RPO Wins

During my time recruiting for part qualified vacancies, I won business in Lastminute.com and despite a previously frosty relationship with Hays I secured 13 interims in the company at one time, and registered around 45 jobs over a period of 9 months, filling all but 9 despite being in heavy competition.
