A recent University of Lincoln Sports Developement and Coaching graduate. Expecting Second Class honours, with a good academic background. I'm a hardworking and motivated individual with core qualities of honesty, integrity , a great team player and determination to succeed and progress. Outside of academia I played an important role in both University and local Rugby teams, captaining the University for a season and also sitting on the society committee as Events Secretary. The role of Events Secretary allowed me to develop crucial skills in sales, advertising, events management, organisation, people management and events hosting. Both roles I had undertaken allowed me to obtain my Gold Award in volunteering from the Students Union. Over my three years at University my personal growth was exponential as I saw myself become more independant, my self efficacy improved and confidence grew. I'm very keen to work and learn and ultimately to progress.
