I have been lucky enough to have been working in the Enterprise Software Technology space for over 14 plus years now. When asked by friends what my job entails, I can confidently say that my day to day activities consist of helping my customers sleep better at night by working side by side with them, and proposing compelling approaches to transform their organizations in the most impactful way.
What type of impact? Through technology I have helped my customers Increase Revenue, Mitigate Risk, and Lower Operational Costs. This is awesomely rewarding.
Aside from being a technologist and enjoying working with some of the world’s largest innovators, my favorite aspect of what I do consists of the very people I work with and get to interact with on a day to day basis. The complex environments, strict timelines, miles of business pains, fun (yes, fun),creative minds, and innovative technologies all blend into a great sense of accomplishment upon achieving a common goal: Customer Success.
