I have had a varied career with many twists and turns along the way. As a practicing attorney, I spent 10 years as a civil litigator before turning my attention to real estate transactional work for 5 years. I no longer practice law full-time but still handle litigation and transactional matters for companies in which I am involved.
I utilized my real estate experience to begin developing my own real estate projects in 2002 and have completed multiple successful residential and commercial developments. In concert with my development work, I also run a construction company called CBMI.
I have acted as principal, advisor, attorney and agent for more than 50 different companies in a variety of industries over the past two decades and continue to pursue entrepreneurial projects in both bricks & mortar and web-based environments.
