For over 18 years, I've been working with clients in the implementation of ERP and CRM software. From sales to services to team and practice management, I've participated in almost every aspect of the process and love what I do everyday. Learning new industries and the challenges clients face, and helping them to overcome those challenges is a rewarding enterprise. I began my career as a high school English teacher and quickly realized that profession would not take me to retirement. But many of the aspects of teaching, understanding individual's goals and helping them to build a plan to attain them, made the transition to consulting a natural progression. I'm currently with Sikich, as the Director of Professional Services. Though life has changed since the early days of my career, each day I still have the opportunity to work with team members and clients, help them to understand their goals, and build a plan to help achieve them.
