HR Director @ From September 2015 to Present (4 months) Organizational Development Manager @ Within a Top Line BU (Sales & Marekting) of 400 people, I supported the Management Committee to define our Mission on the french market, to write and steer the transformation map leading us to our mid term ambition, and to drive the main project about People & Organizations.
I've also led the quaterly meetings of our Leadership Team (40 persons) whose target is to strengthen our leadership and to co-build our ambition.
Leading some workshops & meetings from 5 to more than 100 persons, I've developed some competencies in facilitation, collaborative intelligence and organization design, helping the BU to take a transformational path toward a more agile organization. From October 2013 to September 2015 (2 years) Volunteer for one year as Director for studies @ I was in Algeria for one sabbatical year, in an association whose goal is the employability of the young graduates in Alger suburb.
I coordinated teachers and other stakeholders as well as contents for a 3 months program. I also helped the students to build their career path. From October 2012 to September 2013 (1 year) HR Manager in charge of Staff&Supervisors & Labour Relations @ In charge of 140 persons to ensure the follow up of their Career (mobility, salary policies, skills development...)
