Claire is an innovative intrapreneur, recognised for her digital & fintech thought leadership, obsessed by customer design and driven by achieving challenging goals with a track record of building high performing teams. Claire joined Lloyds Banking Group, 30 million customers and 80 000 employees in October 2012, where she was instrumental in building the innovation function and the digital people strategy. Prior to joining LBG, Claire spent 7 years consulting in Paris, Boston (US) and London, building robust organisational and analytical skills and leading the phase 1 of a research program around digital transformation at MIT. Her research paper has been ranked as one of top 5 thought leadership pieces across consulting publications by Source. She is an advisory board member at Startupboocamp and is currently one the ambassadors responsible for promoting women in technology at her engineering school EPITA. Claire holds an HEC masters degree and was recognised as part of their young talent in 2014.
A key area of interest of Claire is financial inclusion and she is sponsoring an open innovation challenge with the government on this topic in March, as well as being ambassador of LBG in London through Go ON London and local activities.

Director of Innovation @ Claire built the innovation journey setting up an innovation culture arm unleashing the collective genius via Hackatons, Inspirational Talks session (like TED Talks) and organising events such as [email protected] Alongside she set-up an Innovation Labs acting as consultancy across the group with cutting edge techniques of service design, lean start-up methodologies and quick test, learn, fail with customer at the centre.
Claire's team delivered innovative propositions to the bank from biometrics technologies, cheque imaging solutions, cash management for small entreprise/startups enabled via mobile and the recent disruptive car finance proposition mentioned in the FT. Her team also look at disruptive innovation such as block chain technology, identity, big data and future of financial services. One of the key achievement have been to enable this to happen at scale, which was recognised after 20 months by a large showcase in front of leaders of Lloyds Banking Group.

• Develop and implemented the strategy for delivery of online services to improve prioritisation and development of customer centric propositions delivering commercial value in a quick time to market timeframe
• Created centre of excellence around functional domains such as paperless, self-serve, instant activation with permanent staff
• Track record of delivery of 15 projects in 2013 in a tense and complex environment
• Start 15 new projects in design phase, with concept like 'Incubation' to accelerate knowledge transfer with new joiners and develop better decisions tree
• Set-up the foundation to grow a High Performing team, develop and grow the team from a pool of 7 project managers to 28 project managers and a full end to end team from 60 people to 250 people including design, build and test with offshore model and implementation
• Drive an action plan on-shore/offshore to join the 2 teams and embed best practices, going in india regularly to meet the team
