Chris Jamroz has been President and COO of GardaWorld ("Garda") Cash Services since 2010. Under Chris’ transformational leadership, Garda has become #1 currency supply chain, secure logistics and cash business services provider in North America having nearly doubled its revenues to reach a $1 billion run-rate. Today Garda is the fastest growing secure transportation and cash vault services provider in North America and the largest private sector currency processor in the US and Canada. Garda’s 12-year $1.4 billion cash vault outsourcing contract with Bank of America in 2013, has been reported as the most significant in the history of the industry in the US. Chris led Garda operations through massive restructuring culminating in the merger of the US and Canadian Cash Services businesses to execute operational synergies and create the industry exclusive fully integrated cross-border service delivery platform. Across the board, Chris has led unprecedented investments in people and technology including a comprehensive JD Edwards implementation to fully integrate ERP and CRM systems. Chris oversees 15,000 employees, 300 secure operations centers and 3,500 armored trucks and 215 fixed wing cargo aircraft making 100,000 pickups daily for 12,000 clients. Chris has a BA in Business Studies with First Class Honors from Birmingham City the University in the UK; and an MBA with Distinction from York University in Canada. He is a lifelong advocate of education, promoting diversity and inclusion, and mentorship. Chris has been a tenured mentor to students at Schulich School of Business. He has also been an active supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City and Greater Miami. He was the Chair of Junior Achievement programs and served as Co-Founder and Chairman at United Foundation for the Education of Children. He also serves as a member of the Royal Ontario Museum Board of Trustees. In 2013, he was awarded the Florida Governor’s Business Ambassador Medal.
