- Established automated private financing models for my clients. Splitting up the personal finances over three bank accounts according to the Financial Models of Ramit Sethi.
- Recruited new team member over social media platforms, used viral marketing methods and started automated recruiting.

- Developing new products and services. Co-created the new Sumitra Spa "Partnermassage" service for curios couples who want to learn new inspiring massage techniques. Our professional Thai massage team will teach our clients some mystical and relaxing massage skills, so they could use them for themselves too.
- Business Development. I am in charge of the Sumitra Spa business development, creating partnerships between Sumitra Spa and well established Hotels in and out of Munich. We are in negotiation with several Hotels up to this date. - Created WOC monitoring system for non bulk materials, including stocks, flow of goods, saving & sunk costs evaluation. I found WOC savings potentials of ~20%, and saved several million EUR in additional sunk inventory costs.
- Assisted internal investigation about product warranty claims. Flowcharted sourcing process, consulted department managers, located interruptions in the product acceptance process. Suggested SAP adjustments, lowered warranty claim rates of ~ 10%.
- Assistant annual cost centre planning, visualisation multiple info graphics, maintained SAP database, and statistical data analysis. From September 2013 to January 2014 (5 months) Intern, Product Controlling @ - Optimized Chinese spare-part sourcing process & strategy. Systematically studied suppliers production process from end to end, calculated suppliers CoGs + profit rates.
I found hidden profit margins of ~30% and more in scrap material. Following price renegotiations saved Brose millions of RMB in sourcing plastic mold air fan shrouds.
- Created BOM benchmark analysis tool, automatically evaluate cost drivers due Pareto´s principle. Used statistical analysis to identify insights and conclusions from complex data. Calculated CoGs + profit margins for air fans, window regulators and HVAC, identifying unprofitable product lines though portfolio analysis.
- Lead contract controlling investigation, summarizing all relevant contractual commercial drives like: quotation prices, discounts or legal guranteed compensations. Until today Brose saved thousands of RMB in sourcing negotiations due to the database
- Assistant annual long-term budgeting for business division Asia, including intercompany reconsolidation and benefit-cost analysis of various business strategies in Asia. Crafted flexible and multilingual "Brose Financial Report Asia" with individuel commentaries of plant managers for German management in Coburg.
