I am a graduate of Middlesex University who achieved a 2:1 in Computer Forensics. As someone who is always willing to learn and never afraid to try new things I strive to achieve the best result(s) possible from anything I set my mind to. I have been serious about learning IT from around the age of 13 and in my 9 years of constant work and research I am always learning new things.
I have always been interested in IT and, more specifically, IT Security. This passion for IT Security and Computer Forensics has led me to create my own small virtual lab to carry out any kind of research in my spare time. My most recent pieces of research have been to look at destructive malware such as Crypto-Locker and Ransomware. This was to see how they work, what they did and how they could be removed.
I like to research any new trends in the technology industry and any kind of issues affecting the world featuring technology. This would involve looking at any kind of exploits being used, such as Heartbleed or Bash, as well as any kinds of huge attacks on companies.
IT Junior @ In JRL group the main role I provide is technical support for over 800 devices ranging from Computers to laptops to servers to mobile phones to printers. The clients would contact my department via an email ticketing system and I would have to either go to the machine in person or connect remotely and look at their issues. My duties require me to have administrator's rights so that I could deal with any kind of software issues as well as dealing with sensitive data under the Data Protection Act 1998. This involves helping key members of the company such as Directors.
As well as technical support I also help the head of IT oversee all of the systems within our organisation. The tasks at hand could range from back-end server maintenance or recovering files for clients. Another duty I have is visiting sites across the UK, mainly London, and making sure their infrastructure is working as it should.

-Data recovery From November 2014 to Present (1 year 2 months) Video Maker @ This is something I do in my spare time. As I spend alot of time on the Internet I decided to create tutorials for video games and upload them to YouTube. After gaining a large number of views and a small following of people I was offered a Partnership with RPM Network; a sub-division in Maker's Studio. From April 2013 to Present (2 years 9 months)
