I assist organizations with making sure there is an understanding of the organization’s vision, short-term and long-term goals/objectives, a plan, clear workflow, training and quality and everything is done with return on investment focus.

With a broad background, an area of expertise is the contact center space where I have successfully developed, implemented and managed numerous call center operations. I have run campaigns ranging from inbound, outbound, sales, customer service, B2B, B2C, fundraising, and advocacy that include phone, email, chat, and fulfillment, as well as managed millions of hours of outsourced phone work, both live and automated.
