I am a conscientious, honest and motivated person with exemplary service, sales and technical skills. I strive for excellence in everything I do, a fact which is reflected in the positions and skills which I have attained in each role I have occupied. I view difficult tasks as a challenge, rather than an obstacle and I enjoy exceeding targets.
I regard myself as an evangelist of the Sage Business products, in particular the Sage200, CRM suite and X3 system and am proud to be involved with them.
I realise that a solution is only as effective as the manner in which it is portrayed and that pitching a solution to a customer’s technical/business level is key to their understanding and acceptance of that solution.
I believe this has been part of the reason for my personal success to date. I like to become more directly involved in the customer’s experience and ensure that by providing a high quality service and solution which meets the needs of their business, I can provide TRUE value to that proposition.
I have a relationship with all my customers that is based on honesty, integrity and delivering on my promises.
I am passionate in helping others develop and have managed staff at varying levels of ability, age and from many cultures. I feel I can bring out the best in people, not only through affective management, but by leading by example.
I am proud to have overseen major successful projects for customers that are well known throughout the world within lots of different industries.
I am equally comfortable in both a technical and Sales environment and was proud to win awards during my time at Sage.

In particular the full Sage200 suite incorporating Sage200CRM. From March 2015 to Present (10 months) Implementation Consultant @ Sage200 Consultancy

My main role was that off Senior Implementations Consultant. This particular role was specifically designed to manage the largest of Sage Projects.
I have taken great pride in managing major projects for companies that are house-hold names. All have been managed through to completion. I have also taken over projects part through that initially looked doomed to hit deadlines and financial targets. I am proud that all of these projects were all delivered on time, but more importantly were done at a level that exceeded the customer’s expectations and delivered excellent profit.
My main responsibilities is to manage the transition from Pre-Sales to full Project completion, including a full scoping and Business process management. I often Project Manage a small team of consultants ensuring the projects are strictly managed within budget controls. I also ensure revenue targets are achieved without compromising the quality of the project.
Most projects are delivered through a combination of on-site premise management and remote access.
With my Sage X3 training courses completed in Paris, it has enabled me to manage more International projects. These projects can involve multi lingual and multiple legislations. From July 2012 to March 2015 (2 years 9 months) Consultancy Manager @ At Eventura, I was the Consultancy Division Manager. I managed, trained and scheduled a team of Sage200 Accounts and CRM Consultants. Our aim was to deliver projects that provided exceptional Customer Experience – Whilst ensuring strict budget and profit margins were met.
The ethos is not to deliver the same solution to every customer, but to ask difficult questions where necessary and make suggestions that will solve business problems.
Professional Project Management and regular communication is the key to keeping the project on the right track.
At Eventura, I initiated new project structures; training and communication techniques that I feel separated us from other Sage Business partners.
I have successfully implemented a number of Sage200 and CRM projects across the country and would happily use any of my customers as a reference.
I would manage the Sales handover and initial project management meetings and in most cases oversee 3rd party vendor/consultant involvements, these would typically be warehouse/website solutions that can be crucial to the project, but need to seamlessly link to the main product offering.
I was expected to deliver presentations on budget, profit and forecasts for the department at both individual project level and at group overview level to the board of directors. From October 2011 to July 2012 (10 months) Bolton, United KingdomSage Department Manager @ At Sage I became frustrated when supporting Consultants on site. Many of them seemed to be
implementing the same’tired’ project for every customer and had forgotten that each solution should be tailored to how the customer wants to run their business, whilst ensuring that it’s scalable for future growth. Essentially putting real value into the solution.
HBP are a Business Solutions company that specializes in hardware and accountancy solutions software including Sage, Pegasus and Iris Exchequer and their own retail solutions.
During this time I have learned that careful planning and listening to the customer is 'key' to implementing the right solution for their business. I actively work with the customer at each stage of sales, planning, training and implementation to ensure the project is not only managed within pre-set timeframes, but through their ‘buy-in’ get the ‘best’ solution for them. This in turn needs to be balanced by managing project budget and revenue targets.
As Sage200 division manager at HBP Group. I championed all Sage200 activity across all 4 sites across the UK.
During my time at HBP they showed substantial growth and have been responsible for overseeing all relationships with Sage directly, managing all support staff and training of existing consultants.
I was responsible for all HBP’s pre-sales for both the Sage200 suite and standalone CRM product and enjoyed the varying aspects of the role which included Account Managing all my Sage customers, overseeing all project work. Managing costs and help plan marketing strategies.
I am particularly proud of writing our Sage50 health check online which has generated a massive number of Sage200 leads for the business at a very low cost.
I am proud of my achievements at both Sage and HBP and feel vindicated that in a short space of time, have turned a small Sage department into a thriving, and well drilled team that operates an excellent profit for the business. From May 2009 to October 2011 (2 years 6 months) MMD Technical Support @ From June 2003 to May 2009 (6 years)
