In 2006, over 400 surveys were returned showing a client satisfaction rate of approximately 99.8 percent. “Our clients realize there truly is a difference between us and other contractors.” All of Carmichael's service technicians are North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified, the leading certification program for technicians in the industry. Carmichael also belongs to the Air Conditioning Contractors of America and the Building Services Institute, keeping up-to-date on the latest industry trends. In addition to their commitment to service, Carmichael and its employees are actively involved in area youth sports programs and the Muskegon Better Business Bureau.
