Replenishment operations servicing over 680 stores, $5 billion in sales per year, and over 4.8 million cases shipped per week. Lead a team of 1,680 non-union associates including 124 members of management and manage expense budget over $88 million per year. From May 2014 to Present (1 year 6 months) Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida AreaDirector of Warehouse Operations @ Oversaw operations for one of the grocery distribution centers in the PA-NY Region totaling 500 K square foot including 170 K square foot dedicated to a warehouse automation business unit. Seasonal Warehouse and Mexico Export Warehouse (Jun 2008 – Feb 2010). Accountable for all financial aspects including custom compliance for Export business. Increased the border crossing service level on same day of departure to 99% improving increasing service level for all Mexico Stores. From June 2008 to June 2011 (3 years 1 month) San Antonio, Texas AreaSenior Leader Transportation Planning @ Managed different areas within Transportation. Process Leader for the TMS Inbound implementation. From June 2007 to May 2008 (1 year) San Antonio, Texas AreaDeputy Director of Supply Chain - Mexico Division @ Responsible for Warehouse and Transportation operations within the Mexico Division. Managed a variety of functions within the Supply Chain including Inbound, Outbound, and International Trade. Responsible for the company's transportation strategy which included the development of new partnerships with agents, carriers, and 3PLs.
