Bryan is a finance and accounting executive with eighteen years of progressive and uniquely varied experience in consumer products, financial services, supply chain, manufacturing and distribution. He is skilled at executing mergers and acquisitions, performing recapitalizations, improving financial planning and reporting, leading corporate strategy, and safeguarding assets. As a leader with the ability to positively influence others, he has been successful driving value creation through profit growth. As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Christian Brands, Bryan leads and directs all finance, accounting, administration, purchasing and inventory management activities. Bryan plays a key role in the expansion of brands and business operations. He joined Christian Brands in February of 2012 with the mandate to improve financial and accounting systems, the financial planning process, and to focus the company on overall profitability. Prior to joining Christian Brands, Bryan was the lead finance and accounting representative dedicated to Navistar International Corporation's supply chain and logistics function. He spent more than twelve years in banking with Bank of Montreal and LaSalle National Bank (now Bank of America) executing mergers and acquisitions, managing corporate relationships, growing business operations and improving internal business processes. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana University, where he was an Evans Scholar, and is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the State of Illinois. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys staying active with youth sports, running, playing golf and dedicating resources to worthy causes such as the Western Golf Association, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona, the American Cancer Society and March of Dimes.
