From April 2011 to Present (4 years 9 months) Managing Partner @ I have been the lead strategic consultant and managing partner of Corporate Edge since 2007 working with a brilliant bunch of colleagues and clients including IHG, Age UK, Visit Britain, FA, Commonwealth Games England, The Children's Society, BBC Trust, QCDA, Jersey and many more. From 2007 to April 2011 (4 years) Head of Corporate Branding @ Following the merger and management buyout of CLK and MPL in 1996 I formed and ran the corporate branding division until we were bought by Photon Group in 2007. From 1996 to 2007 (11 years) Founder @ I set up and ran The Brandnaming Company as a separate division within CLK, focusing on the creation, research and registration of brandnames for organsiations and products. Some of the big names we created included egg and Nectar. The Brandnaming Company was merged into Corporate Edge in 1997. From 1992 to 1997 (5 years) Creative Director @ CLK was Europe's leading brand development and innovation agency. I was joint Creative Director, using my writing and strategic skills to create names, propositions and strategic positionings for a wide range of consumer brands. From 1986 to 1992 (6 years) Writer @ I started out at CLK as a junior writer working with a great team of art directors and designers creating ideas for new products and brands for leading FMCG clients such as Cadbury's, Rank Hovis McDougall, Reckitt and Colman, Bacardi and Tetley's. Over the 6 years I progressed to become Creative Director. From 1980 to 1986 (6 years)
