Sr. Interaction Designer—UX @ User Experience (IA, IXD, Research) for Ticketmaster's B2B iOS mobile app, Ticker.
- Works within a high profile project that involves frequent in-person collaboration with the President of the company, Tech/ UX/ Marketing VP's, vertical leads.
- Partnered with Program and Product consultants from Thoughtworks to redefine a leaner and quicker approach to how the team collaborates on, and releases, digital products within Ticketmaster. Feature development and release went from taking month(s), to week(s)
- Plans and conducts user research sessions and proxy interviews for a B2B mobile iOS product: identifying, prioritizing and meeting with various end users physically and remotely. (it's awesome to meet Venue Execs, Marketers, Box Office folks, and Artist Promoters to collaborate on our features, they love to work with us and we love to work with them!)
- Analyze findings to collaboratively prioritize and execute on our continuously evolving feature roadmap.
- Produce Wireframes, Prototypes, and Visual Designs to drive the product towards it's release.
- Evolves research around the Entertainment personas that use our Ticketmaster One platform for their job
- Regularly work with product and tech leads to plan, sketch, analyze, and test the mobile app within iterative releases.
- Kicking ass within the entertainment industry by revolutionizing the way venues, artists, and promoters evaluate and triage their real-time sell-through data, personalize and manage their workload, and share to collaborate with their peers via a connected ecosystem of mobile & web SaaS solutions.
