I joined PFG to lead the creation of a new department - Talent Acquisition - and ensure the talent acquisition strategy alignment with the commercial business plan. Operating at all levels, including Executive Board, to identify, engage with and acquire the talent to support our new online businesses: Satsuma Loans and glo as well as the continued success of Provident Home Credit.
To achieve this I recruited an entirely new department as well as planned and delivered a complete overhaul of the businesses strategic approach to Talent Acquisition, including the delivery of significant successful change:

ATS design/implementation + integration to a new mobile careers website for all business areas
Social media recruitment strategy linked to Employer brand and hiring strategy.

Successful implementation of a cost effective direct hiring strategy
Creation of a robust and relevant Agency PSL
The department recruits and oversees talent acquisition campaigns and projects for both our central Bradford head office of 1000 colleagues as well as the network of 200 nationwide branches that totals 6,000 Colleagues and Agents.

Lead business change projects and initiatives to ensure a leading resourcing service to the business, in addition to operational resourcing (filling vacancies!)
