Leisure retreats cross and upselling

Cost saving initiatives
I changed organised monthly meeting dates to reduce travel and subsistence expenses of the Sales Team.I successfully negotiated substantial corporate discounts on accommodation with national hotel chains.I negotiated a substantially increased discount on corporate gift vouchers with a large scale supplier & initiated a retroactive discount based on meeting targets for predictive purchasing. From February 2010 to August 2012 (2 years 7 months) CRM Sales Subsystem Architect @ Over two years I have defined requirements for the Sales subsystem, worked with international developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly and followed thorough to verification and sign off.
