From July 2012 to Present (3 years 6 months) Chief Human Resources Officer @ Responsibilities: Human Resources, Organizational Development and Training for a growing health care and technology (software) company in the Northwest. • Designed and implemented an organizational development plan focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, physician-staff collaboration, process improvement and competency identification. Introduced and facilitated implementation of the company's 360-feedback program for physician and staff leaders, using Center for Creative Leadership instruments. Plan worked seamlessly with corresponding HR initiatives. Results: satisfaction levels above norms, voluntary turnover reduced to 7%, numerous operational achievements. • Designed and implemented Radia University, offering courses and educational resources in the areas of leadership, communication, service and professional development. • Implemented succession planning for physician leadership. • Completely revamped the company's benefits offerings, reducing PEPY costs from $13600 to $9300 in one year while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction. • Rebuilt the company's recruiting processes, introducing competency-based behavioral interviewing, pre-hire assessments and interviewer training. Reduced time-to fill to 30 days for non-exempts, 41 days for exempts. • Served as the company's executive and technical recruiter. Hired Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Finance, IT Director and Software Developers. • Restructured the company's staff-side compensation structure, implementing processes to guarantee market-based pay. • Redesigned and implemented a more user-friendly set of HR policies. • Oversaw the implementation of two HRIS (ABRA and ADP).
