Also worked closely with Cisco/Oracle on roadmap and adoption.Key Achievement was going live after 2+ years of an ambling implementation. From March 2008 to October 2009 (1 year 8 months) Product Manager @ Venuesoft While working @ Gap inc., was the only PM driving product @ Venuesoft (Venue Management Software)Provided product roadmap, technical guidance, and project management for main application development effort in the delivery of the proprietary software solution.Produced the first Product Requirements Document and assisted in driving roadmap for future builds. From June 2008 to October 2008 (5 months) Sr. Program Manager, Strategy @ Salesforce.com The team was chartered to develop a Go-To-Market strategy for applications that could compliment the core CRM platform. My responsibilities included: Market Research, Product Requirements (PRDs), and Project Management for Strategic Application Development projects.Major achievements:- E-Commerce: Worked with an off-shore team of 20 to build and productize an e-commerce extension of the force.com platform.- Talent Management: Built the framework for a TMS that would allow Salesforce.com customers to manage their employees goals inside of the platform.Both apps were shelved indefinitely in favor of an M&A approach.
