The Company is responsible for the master planning and development of 658 hectares of prime real estate within Medini, a special investment concession in Iskandar region. From March 2011 to December 2013 (2 years 10 months) Director, Head of South East Asia Region @ Responsible for USD2B of real estate across South East Asia for coroportae real estate occupancy portfolio which covers manufacturing hubs, back of house campus and business space across 9 countries within South East Asia. Achievements include successful launch of HP's Global Finance Hub in Cyberjaya, HP's largest campus in Asia.
