I work as a Direct Sales Executive for Academy Leasing within two key departments; vehicle and asset finance. My objective is similar to that of others; to help businesses free up their money and to improve cash flow. However, I like to think I go the extra mile being a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with our motto always in mind: "finance made easy."
I obtain a lot of valuable skills to enable me to be the best at what I do. I enjoy my role within Academy which I believe highlights within my target figures.
Direct Sales @ My role is to contact existing customers and potential new customers to establish if there is a need for any equipment or vehicle finance for their business. I will follow through the whole process from the customer choosing the equipment/vehicle needed, to getting the funding in place to ensure the capital cost of the equipment can be paid over a period of time.

-Easing of cash flow From December 2014 to Present (1 year 1 month) Management Trainee @ Since leaving University I was accepted on to a graduate management scheme at Enterprise Rent a Car which allowed me to put my skills what I had learnt throughout my 3 years at University to practice. The skills I have developed through being on the scheme are management skills such as leadership, training, mentoring, people skills and looking at the big picture. I have also developed my skills within business management, such as cost control, profit and growth, employee development and administrative skills. Since being at Enterprise I have also excelled in my marketing skills by gaining 8 corporate accounts within my first 2 weeks of being at the company. Within the marketing aspect of the job I have also learnt how to manage dealership and body-shop accounts. I have also developed my sales skills which will enable me to increase revenue. In addition to this I have developed a new skill which is fleet control by repairing cars and developing my time management skills by delivering the right type of car to the right customer on time. Finally, I have demonstrated what I believe to be my strongest skill, customer service by taking reservations, handling enquiries and problem solving. I have also put a face to the company with both retail and corporate customers. From June 2014 to November 2014 (6 months) Sales Assistant @ Since leaving school I worked as a sales assistant at New Look. The experience and skills I gained whilst working with New Look is providing excellent customer service, problem solving, working on the tills, handling money (in accordance with cash regulations), deliveries (Incoming and outgoing), stock taking, fitting rooms (interpersonal skills) and company rules, regulations and standards. I have demonstrated my managerial skills as being a head of department therefore I have gained the ability to lead a team. From October 2009 to April 2014 (4 years 7 months)
