• Delivered Core Finance – an initiative to transform the creation and delivery of core financial reports, financial reconciliation and data management. Corporate CFO led and sponsored. From 2007 to 2010 (3 years) General Manager Engineering – Corporate Functions IT @ Worldwide multi-disciplinary role (Engineering and Service Engineering) with 900 employees located in India, China, and domestically in Redmond, WA.
• Drove One Finance – an integrated initiative including business process outsourcing, data warehousing and off shoring of subsidiary accounting functions.
• Created companywide business intelligence and big data strategy for the CEO.
