Atuação nas várias áreas e etapas do supply chain assim como no desenvolvimento de novos produtos/projetos. Participei do start-up de duas operações dedicadas ao abastecimento de chicotes elétricos para a VW/Audi em Sao José dos Pinhais.
Participação no desenvolvimento do abastecimento sequenciado envolvendo pecas de diferentes fornecedores em regime Just in Time para montadoras como VW/Audi, Renault/Nissan e Peugeot/Citroen, e também do primeiro portal de e-collaboration em parceria com a Gedas (Neogrid).
Administrei a unidade da Delphi do Parque Industrial da VW/Audi por mais de 2 anos e fui responsável por periódicas negociações sindicais com o Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos.

• From Nov/08 thru Jun/09, We´ve reached reduction of 50% in customer complaints, which meant aprox US$ 1,1 M of cost avoidance; From April 2008 to March 2010 (2 years) Senior Sales Account Manager @ Main responsibilities:
• Contracts management with annual revenue of US$ 40,0 Millions, including price´s negotiation, with customers Renault/Nissan and Peugeot/Citroen;
• Develop and quote the new electrical-eletronic architecture for Peugeot-Citröen, working joined-up with French and Chinese teams, to be used in a low cost global vehicle. The last professional achievement at Delphi meant the conquest of this business;
• Develop several projects and quotations to increase company´s revenue in South America. From August 2006 to April 2008 (1 year 9 months) Plant Administrator @ Main responsibilities:
• Overall administration of a dedicated plant which supplied Volkswagen/Audi customer, in a Just in Time and Just in Sequence basis, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, with annual revenue of US$ 7,0 Millions. Use and control of key metrics to establish a “result-oriented team”. Annual budget preparation and monthly follow up of results through forecast control;
• Team management of 6 Supervisors from Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, PC&L, IT, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering and Maintenance, with aprox. 50 technicians and 140 manufacturing operators;
• Implementation of Kaizen Manufacturing System, which is based on Toyota Production System;
• Leadership of a restructuring process started on Aug/04, when the plant had 11 supervisors, 55 technicians and aprox. 170 manufacturing operators, to decrease operational costs;
• Implementation of Health and Safety Management System – OHSAS 18001 in Dec/04. Creation of procedures to support standards of Sarbanes-Oxley law and maintenance of ISO 14001 e TS 16949 certifications.
• Implementation of new process standards to reach VDA 6.3 grade A, including tear down methodology;
• Plant has won VW Supplier of the Year Award in terms of Quality in 2003, several Delphi Quality awards, including two worldwide as “Zero Defect” at the customer and the best efficiency between Delphi Plants in South America;
• Negotiations with Union representatives from Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de Curitiba in order to agree about wages and benefits regular adjustments and also the transference process of VW Golf Assembly Lines from VW Industrial Park to São Paulo. From August 2004 to August 2006 (2 years 1 month) General Industrial Engineering Supervisor @ Main responsibilities:
• Implementation of new projects to VW/Audi;
• Optimization of JIT e JIS process. I´ve contributed to develop the first e-Collaboration system for VW/Audi in South America (internet used to monitor finished goods stock and customer ordering system), which was implemented in other VW suppliers after pilot;
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems in the customer plant;
• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing at VW Golf and Audi A3 assembly lines. • Develop start-up of two new Delphi plants: E. S. Pinhal / São Paulo and S. J. dos Pinhais / Paraná, to VW/Audi customer, including process of: hiring, training, installation of equipments, customer approval, union discussions, schedule control, etc. I was responsible to translate and train the whole plant for German specifications (VW/Audi) based on VDA 6.3, once I´ve worked in Portugal for 3 months with Portuguese and Germans engineers, previously to the start-up.
