Founding Director @ I am responsible for the strategic growth of the business as well as developing client relationships and new business opportunities. I also head up the Project Management team and have a strong focus on ensuring Source LF stays true to its values and that our clients and candidates are receiving the best service possible. From September 2004 to Present (11 years 4 months) Senior Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader @ I headed up a team of eight recruiters specialising in creative, design, studio (such as artwork, retouching, visualising, proofreading, 3D design and presentation specialists and everything in between!), whilst remaining a hands on recruiter myself. From September 2004 to February 2011 (6 years 6 months) Recruitment Consultant for Creative, Design, Studio and Project Management @ I specialised in recruiting roles within the creative services departments (including artwork, design, retouching, visualising and project managers), predominantly for advertising agencies in London. This included providing both freelance, permanent and contract solutions. From May 2002 to June 2004 (2 years 2 months) Account Manager @ I was the Account Manager for the Danone, COI/Energy Saving Trust and Scottish Courage accounts. From May 2001 to March 2002 (11 months) Senior Account Executive @ I started at Bates as Assistant to the Studio Manager. I spent an invaluable 6 months in the creative services department before being given the opportunity to attend the Bates Grad Scheme and became the Senior Account Executive for the Vodafone Retail account. From April 1999 to May 2001 (2 years 2 months)
