I recently graduated from West Virginia University’s Reed College of Media where I earned a B.S. in Journalism, Strategic Communications with a direct emphasis in Public Relations and minor in Business Administration. I hold strengths in written/verbal communications, public relations efforts, crisis communication, event planning/directing, time management, exceptional organizational skills, product management, client communication, community outreach, multi-media, and campaign development. I would describe myself as a natural born leader and tend to take on the role of a problem solver. I’m an extremely loyal and devoted worker and my dedication shows through my hard working attitude.

Guest Services Coordinator @ From August 2015 to Present (5 months) Charleston, West Virginia AreaEvent Director @ Developed a health intervention digital media campaign to be implemented in the southern counties of West Virginia. Planned a health fair to be executed in the southern part of the state, targeting over 6,000 high school students. Assisted in the designing and development of promotional and digital media materials used in the campaign. From January 2015 to May 2015 (5 months) Executive Board, Community Service Chair @ Planned and executed all community service projects. Surpassed required goal by increasing events by 70% compared to the previous academic year. Oversaw the community service committee. Partnered up with other West Virginia University clubs/ organizations and community organizations. From September 2014 to May 2015 (9 months) National Delegate @ Elected as the sole representative to represent West Virginia University at the 2015 PRSSA National Assembly in Portland, Oregon.
