From 2000 to 2003 (3 years) Manager @ Set up and opened new recruitment branch, in a new location, hired all the staff and developed the business to a £2M operation by the end of the first year. The focus was on construction recruitment - both site based trades (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters) and professional staff (Quality Surveyors, Project Managers etc). From 1998 to 2000 (2 years) Recruitment Director @ Developed a new recruitment divison from scratch, with multiple offices across the country.
