TruStockholm (Sweden) - Social Recruiting March 2011 From April 2010 to Present (5 years 9 months) Ecommerce Manager @ Managed the team recruiting for e-commerce and internet positions. Personally focused on recruiting and managing mid-senior business focussed project based roles (Business Analysts, Risk Analysts, Project Managers, Programme Managers etc) within financial services companies such as banks, insurance companies, credit card issuers and credit card acquirers. From 2000 to 2003 (3 years) Manager @ Set up and opened new recruitment branch, in a new location, hired all the staff and developed the business to a £2M operation by the end of the first year. The focus was on construction recruitment - both site based trades (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters) and professional staff (Quality Surveyors, Project Managers etc). From 1998 to 2000 (2 years) Recruitment Director @ Developed a new recruitment divison from scratch, with multiple offices across the country.
