Andi Galpern is a design activist and UX strategist. She is the founder of Cascade SF, a design organization in the Bay Area. UXNight is an after work event featuring the hottest talent and trends in product design. We've sold out with 250+ attendees every month for the past 2 years! • Mentor designers, developers and entrepreneurs to improve their skills, product visions and achieve their career goals. • Write content and perform on-stage interviews with highly-influential industry leaders including Alan Cooper (Founder of Visual Basic), Mark Otto (Founder of Bootstrap), and Josh Constine (TechCrunch). • In 2013, developed, branded and planned the first "UX Day" conference, teaching designers and developers the essentials of understanding UX. This conference included speaker sessions, mentoring sessions, and usability testing. • In 2012, organized & produced the Innovators of the Web Conference, hosted at Adobe HQ. This sold out full-day web design conference featured the minds behind top products in tech. Speakers shared latest in front-end development, interaction design, and innovation.
