Build new go to market strategy for combined SFSF + SAP Cloud business, build Talent Management ecosystem. Redesign new Performance Management system with 80% satisfaction rating, Lead Company wide Talent Reviews, Succession planning, Operationalize Leadership Development across the enterprise.
