Top 10 Things I love about working at USAA: 1. I really appreciate the Holiday Bonus AND annual Performance bonus! 2. It is nice to have a relaxed casual dress code. Hooray jeans! 3. Can’t complain about the 401k plan—we match dollar for dollar up to 8%, not to mention USAA puts an additional 3-9% of our salary into a Retirement plan! Got to love getting my morning latte at one of the two Starbucks onsite. I’m not just talking about Starbucks coffee served from a warmer—I am talking about a full-blown Starbucks with a smiling barista behind the counter. 4. We have 3 full service gyms onsite with locker rooms and amenities, with workout clothes provided. 5. It’s pretty cool having separate basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts along with a baseball field, softball field and separate soccer fields. Don’t like team sports? Take a jog on our running trail. 6. Got to love getting my morning latte at one of the two Starbucks onsite. I’m not just talking about Starbucks coffee served from a warmer—I am talking about a full-blown Starbucks with a smiling barista behind the counter. 7. Woke up with a kink in your neck?
