Patient Financial Service Manager @ I direct the Admissions and Revenue Cylcle Team of the Business Office as well as assist in the Scheduling Team at Arkansas Surgical Hospital. From August 2011 to Present (4 years 5 months) Billing Specialist @ I have been with Arkansas Surgical Hospital since the development of the in house Business Office. I have worked every angle of the Business office from reviewing and working claims prior to billing and following up with the all Payors for payment and cash posting. I helped assist in training of other office personnel on the computer system as well as learning the information needed to submit clean claims to the Insurance for faster turn around on payments. From February 2004 to February 2006 (2 years 1 month) Patient Accounts Representitive @ I started as an Insurance follow up Representitive for Commercial Payors and worked my way to Billing Department . I helped in the training of new employees, assisted with Cash posting and helped touble shoot any system issues.
