Director of Compensation and Benefits @ From July 2013 to Present (2 years 6 months) Director of Benefits @ Directed, planned, managed, and communicated the employee benefits programs for this global nuclear services organization, which has primary operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Oversaw a staff of benefits professionals located in SC and UT and managed vendor/consultant relations. Served as Retirement Plan Committee Chair. Key successes included: selection of and transition to new medical/pharmacy claims TPA, introduction of non-qualified plan and voluntary benefits plans, implementation of best practices, and significant cost savings via marketing of benefits. From June 2011 to July 2013 (2 years 2 months) Director of Compensation and Benefits/SVP @ Directed, planned, managed, and communicated the compensation and benefit programs for this financial services organization with over $8 billion in assets and 190 locations in South Carolina and Georgia.
