As a Senior Recruiter for ADP RPO, I am responsible for a range of activities that support client business needs. Primary responsibilities for a Senior Recruiter include responding to candidate inquiries, recruiting and mining activities, reviewing candidates to determine the best match for open roles, utilizing Boolean search techniques, documenting interactions, developing recruiting strategies and techniques, establishing partnerships with clients and account teams, and more. A Senior Recruiter must demonstrate strong communication skills, project management capabilities, multi-tasking, adaptability, and technical and business aptitude.
